According to nosey Parker in league weekly ade Gardner has signed for Salford.
Can't see it confirmed anywhere else though

He just reads all the rumours on these boards and puts them in his column. If he uses enough of them he sometimes gets one right.

I think there may be some mileage in this one. He still has 12 months on his contract so it could cost them a couple of grand.

Dream On Matey He has already put pen to paper on a new deal with the Reds.

For what it's worth , apparently the Gardner deal to salford is already a done deal.

Only played a couple , think he was injured for the best part of season

For what it's worth I think this deal, if it has any basis in truth, will be good for all concerned. You get a seasoned pro who has played in all of the big games there are, Ade gets a new lease of life at a new club, and we get to free up some cap money and give our youngsters a go.

Yeah, because we really need to give more youngster a go don't we. If Ade 'The Gazelle' Gardner is allowed to leave the club it MUST be because we've signed another player. MUST be.

UNLESS we are putting Jamie Foster's haircut and image management costs on the salary cap?
