To be fair to them it was clearly meant jokingly, but Sky in particular have aluded to his qualities in the striking role. Andy Gray and Trevor Francis have both commented on how his natural instincts are that of a top striker and that he is deadly in front of goal.

Got his head on business wise aswell Cahill, setup his own sports academy in Dubai and looked after AP by giving him a lovely tax free job there...think Wayne McDonald works there to actually. Cahil seems to like his RL and its great to see him promote our sport, I guess he has to otherwise AP and all the other samoans will smash him if he doesnt. Nice bugatti to.
