We have no idea whether an official complaint was made until Tuesday when the disciplinary is announced (or whenever it is over Easter)
The simple logic is, there are plenty of ways to milk a penalty from a modern game, without claiming foul play. Wellens is clearly seen complaining after the tackle is affected, and evidence, circumstantially at least, suggests MM's teeth and wellens arm came into contact.

If there has been foul play then I agree that it should be punished. You don't know if a complaint has been made but in the meantime you are judging someone guilty until proven innocent.
