He's still got it though, despite his pace departing. He was jogging on his breakaway at the end of the game. It was hillarious watching Pryce and Meli in a race over that distance, it was like a Dad's race at a Primary School with two unfit 40 odd year olds going toe for toe and taking an hour to get over the exertion afterwards.

Eddie said there were murmurings he is staying. If true, it really sums up the last 5 years of recruitment at Saints. Relying on a 35yr old winger lol.

I think Pryce's comment in his post match interview summed it up too. Pryce said that he could see Franny chasing him down but whereas once he would have caught him, Pryce said Meli was older now and he knew he could beat him.
