I think that the highlighted word is the difference. If he played the last 20 mins of each half he can use his pace on a tired defence. When he plays the full 80 mins he doesn't have the same impact.

No he was at fullback.
Thomas Leuluai was starting hooker with Isaac Luke on the bench.

Yes, Fien (a hooker) played 7 and Leuluai (a half at the time) played nine.

He was playing interchange hooker for NZ warriors before he left.

Does young Sneyd play as well every week as he did against HKR?
If he did, then since Salford are looking for new players -
Swap them Hohaia, Wellens, Meli, Gardner, Wilkin and Perry and ask for just Sneyd in return.
Then play a back line of
#1 Lomax/Swift/Gaskell
#2 Makinson
#3 Jones
#4 Percival
#5 Turner
#6 Lomax/Gaskell/Swift
#7 Sneyd

Then spend whatever cap space we've created to buy the biggest and meanest props we can find.
don't like Sneyd,then subsitute his name with, essentially any other ACTUAL scrum half - Gower, Gale, Dobson, T.Smith...

Sneyd is not their chosen scrum half. That is Theo Fages who hasn't played since getting his head removed in Perpignan. So you may only need to swap three players.
