The problem with the envy-o-meter is it was never designed for weeks like this, their loss to Celtic was presumed to be as bad as it could get, but oh no, there was much further to fall, and in a very short time. Rumours are rife over the hill that Noble has been sacked last night, whereas Slick seems to be hitting his form. They have no coach, no star player, no confidence, no leadership from the chairman who makes a big deal about going to Oz to buy talent and comes back with nothing. What does Sir Mc do instead, says I don't need to waste my time and money going to Oz, it can be done by E-mail etc, and signs NZ centre of 23yrs old Soliola!
I am actually feeling sorry for the wigan fans. They are, on the whole a very loyal bunch and don't deserve this.
It will however be funny when old Rouge comes back from holiday!
