As for the refereeing Saints spent 80% offside at the play the ball, flopped on nearly every tackle, lying on, LMS leaving the scrum before the ball had even been fed at one point... Walsh once again showed how below average he is again, if it doesn't go all his own way in the first 20 minutes he goes well and truly missing. Wilkin is a liability, how Turner has managed an NRL contract is beyond me, he isn't good enough for reserve grade over there, your 'entertainers' tag has gone, wheres the old flair that's was the saints way? very poor attacking rugby. on the whole a good close, nail biting game. see yous next season. and lets face it, who would you rather win the final? Yorkshire or the pies? I'd cheer saints on over them two every day of the week.
