I would absolutely love to have a go at it, I would take the opportunity up like a flash if it presented itself to me.

It was a sitter and Foster should have taken it. If the ball had come free from the collision after is a different matter and I would have no problem with that at all. He should have taken it in the first place.

If you was able to consistantly catch them balls you would be gracing LP. The difference between you and Foster (in terms of rugby) is he had Dureau kicking at him and Blanche ready to hurt him were as you will have a 40 year old chubby scrum half called Carl who's only playing for a free pint.

Not true, I'd be disappointed if I dropped that exact kick, doesn't mean I'm a good enough all round player to play for Saints which I am not, far from it and have never insinuated I am. Doesn't mean I wouldn't catch that kick though.

I also don't play against 40 year old scrum halves.

Even if you can take these kind of kicks on a consistant basis on a field with 40 fans watching im sure you would find it a different kettle of fish at LP with blanche flat out ready to inflict pain and the expectation of 13,000 screaming fans behind you with not all of the Saints fans wanting you to succeed regardless of what they say.

I'd catch it yes, not saying I wouldn't drop it when Blanche knocked me into next week but as I've said that isn't the issue here.

If that statement is suggesting I would want Foster to drop the ball then that is truly pathetic.

Well i'd like to see that to be honest.

I'm not saying you want him to drop it but you can tell with some people they don't want him to succeed because they don't like him.

The difference here tho, Jamie foster is a fulltime pro who trains 5/6 hours a day and is paid a good amount of money so should be taking these kicks.

It wasn't just that kick, which he did have to turn slightly with being out of postion but it's been a regular speciality of Jamie fosters for past 6 month.
