It is their ground, its just they don't own it. Saints are your team are they not? Doesn't mean you own them. Its their ground because its their home

Its Latics Ground fundamentally, Warriors use it, while the landlord allows it. Convince yourself different if it makes you feel happy.

Hull FC never seem to have this problem, to be fair they generally dont progess as far as wigan in competitions, but still i've never heard of any problems there

The KC stadium is a council facility and I think the two clubs have equal footing so there is unlikely to be any problem. The problem IMO is that Wheelan owns the Piedome and he lurves his soccer. God knows why. It's a crap sport.
