stuff like this is just frustrating. The club should have sat down and gone for a completely fresh start - removed all the nonsense and excuses that have gone before for poor customer service, lack of communication and a couldn't care less attitude.There is no excuse for not communicating with fans through the website, and in the local paper, at the very least.
It shouldn't take much to get a proper management team in to run sales, marketing, communication, merchandise etc....and I am amazed that a business man such as Eamonn McManus is prepared to let the business side of the club be run like it is.
