I'm a realist, so if people get a better offer, because of money or oppotunity, I can accept that. I can even swallow a young star being poached off us after we'd created the player before he shows a decent retun, that's life and the system that yeilded him will give us plenty more in the future.
What I cannot stand is the attitide he's shown in interveiws since he signed, betlittling the establishment that made him and are due to be paying his wages for the next 6 months, playing half hearted, which he seems to be doing, taking little care not to crate a media circus which will obviously disrupt the squad and then (allegedly) giving rude gestures to the crowd when they take exception to the above.
If Kyle had talked to other clubs descreatly (which initially I think he did), then released a statement saying he was leaving thank's to a great oppotunity, then went about his business like we've seen him do in the past (and indeed show some of the form that has won him the union contact), then come the end of the season I'd wish him well. What's happened in the last few weeks though has made him appear to be completely disrepectful of the club that's made him, as well as the supporters and team members.
And do you know what? Despite his skills, I don't think Martin Johnson wants a 5ft4" winger playing for england, especially one who'll cry his eyes out when ever some one steps on him in a ruck. I'm sure he'll have plenty of success in club RU, but I hope he likes standing round on cold January nights when he'll only get the ball 3 times a game.
Don't let the door hit you on the way out, Kyle.
