Far more than fans of a team that deliberately cheated there way out of relegation and then turned a crosseyed thug into some kind of victim/hero

The new young dynasty of super saints is coming to a ground near you. Welsby-Dodd-Simms-Eaves-Rizzelli, not Eastmond...the future is coming.

He actually created the kick or pass for all of the Goons tries, Tomkins was the one who went missing looked as though he was on holiday from the clubb kick and practised some beach ball technique.

Don't know why you threw moon in there, they both play different positions.

Although Bateman is primarily a second row, he played at centre which he has done already a few times during the season.

http://www.superleague.co.uk/report/11372 You should write to the RFL; they will override the score and present Wigan with the trophy.

When you pick second rowers in the centres like Wigan with Gelling and Bateman, they should be making lots of metres.
I see you missed off the "tries scored" stat where the proper centre came out best and helped his team to a trophy?
Bateman certainly didn't go missing though, thought he and Farrell were excellent if you ignore Farrell's usual wane endorsed small man syndrome reaction to Leeds tries (kicking balls at players, late shots on the try scorer etc)

I sometimes wonder if deep deep under the DW Stadium in the top secret pie research labs if they've been injecting Farrell with DNA extracted from Mick Cassidy. Obviously it's got contaminated with crumbs from a greggs pastie but Farrell does remind me of him.

They played directly opposite each other on Saturday.
