I'll happily take one game from the Wigan and Hull matches. To be honest, I wouldn't be too concerned if we lost both. After all, it's easy for players' heads to become inflated with adulation. A defeat or two would serve to keep their minds on the ultimate objective.
A lot depends on the injury situation. It wouldn't take too many more knocks to leave the squad looking threadbare (especially at centre and on the wing) going into the Leeds match.
The good thing is we've got the points on the board early. Even if we cough up (which is a certainty) - current form suggests no-one is likely to put together six or seven straight victories.
Warrington still haven't resolved their half-back problem.
Wigan can't seem to function without SoL.
Leeds made a hell of a lot of mistakes against Wigan (and Hull). And if ever a side were reliant on one player - Leeds are with Jamie Peacock. Against the Pies he seemed like the only prop on the field!
Huddersfield have a lot of catching up to do.
Hull KR???
