I've no idea what to do now, I've phoned the club numerous times over the past 3 days, i've now written to them via the contact form, I have no idea what else to do.

I was ringing from 9-30 until 5pm yestetday ane I mean proper ringing and not once did they answer. I rang the store and she told me they only answer If not busy in ticket office. My mate picked tickets up yestetday and walked straight in and said only two other in buying tickets.

Well Mike Rush says his daily Mantra is - "How are we [the club] going to make money today". Surely he must have seen crowds of people with wads of money turned away or walking away without spending their money on Monday. Never mind the many people who can't get to the ground during office hours.

For a club hoping to break even this year I'd be hopping mad if I was Chief Exec of a company that made it so difficult for potential customers to push money over the counter.

This all Knowsley Road amateurism brought along to Langtree.

I've managed to order some tickets via the website, no our normal seats, probably some other poor season ticket holder who has been unable to get through.

If they just keep the ticket office open until 6pm that would help alot of people. Say 3 people work the ticket office on £10 an hour, £30 to keep it open

I'm pretty sure they would make more than £30 in one hour to cover this. Plus on match day more people, more beers are bought.

The opening times are nearly as bad as the Nationwide in town.

Come on saints get your act together!

I think they are most likely to send them out, otherwise its choking up the ticket office.

daft not to open til 8 on weeks like this, any normal company would, but saints love to give money away.

I simply can't comprehend why you wouldn't have a dedicated member of staff answering the phones. It's completely isolating an entire section of your potential market.

Dumbfounded to say the least. Very poor business practice.

Saints left an answer phone message for me after lunch today i was in a meeting, too late though i bought other tickets online. Will now probably have to drive liverpool to southport to pick them up friday now.
