That was a tax dodge loophole at the time iirc, think it's been pretty much closed now though.

Wallace is a great player, I would suspect that he will find himself another club in the NRL. Like someone else said he is a Penrith Junior so they have a good chance of getting him. Having said that the Panthers have been linked with everyone.

You would hope that the club would at least enquire.
