- Wellens 3/10. Defensively sound tonight, offensively horrendous. He's a complete liability and should be asked to remain on the half way line when we have the ball in future. How many overlaps did he waste tonight? Why couldn't he take Perry's offload? (The answer is because he couldn't keep up with him)
- Gardner 6/10. Solid enough, finished his try well. Cost us a chance of a fightback with his daft NFL block
- Shenton 3/10. Woeful defensively, gifting Turner his outside was criminal. Is proving a very poor signing.
- Meli 5/10. Average
- Foster 6/10. Did nothing wrong tonight and at least tried to do something
- Gaskell 3/10. Confidence is completely shot and it's irresponsible of Royce to keep playing him
- Lomax 2/10. Worse than Lee, panicking and trying too hard
- Puletua 8/10. A rare shining light
- Hohaia 3/10. Utter rubbish, compare his work tonight to the Hull FC hooker (Houghton?). Some of his scooting around looks semi dangerous but he just gives off the aura that he's not really trying and his distribution was so, so slow tonight, it was as if he was deliberately delaying his passes, which more often than not led to Hull being right in our faces.
- Laffranchi 4/10. Not good enough. He's an average backrower masquerading as a prop. His only work tonight was running back penalties for easy metres. Tackles well but has no impact whatsoever with the ball.
- Wilkin 6/10 - Tried hard as ever, but too small to make an impact in a beaten pack
- Soliola 7/10 - Probably our best player this season and the only player that really tries to put any aggression and meaning into it.
- Clough 2/10. Not good enough for Saints, had no input at all
- Dixon 5/10. Average
- Wheeler 4/10. Got 18 minutes instead of 8 so clearly Royce thinks he has potential. But did nothing bar his one trick step and wasted good territory with about his only touch of the ball.
- LMS 4/10. Rubbish. Looks lean and not very mean. He is one player who could do with working with some difference coaches IMO.
- Perry 4/10. Probably his best game for Saints tonight, worked hard, but completely out of shape and utterly dominated physically by the Hull pack.
