Probably Lomax, who I presume would be in the team, if those two aren't available for selection.

I hope that's true as I think he showed some qualities of a fullback and I'd like to see how he goes.

That's what I was told. Wello got rib problem and won't be risked.

He also said Leon and Gaskell will be our halfbacks.

I know about Wello as Simmons updated on the injuries and his approach to the friendlies in last week's RL press. However, I didn't know he was planning on putting Jamie Foster at fullback instead. Given that everyone seems to think that is where Lomax is going, I assumed we'd see Lomax there again. I hope your source is right because I'd be really pleased to see how Foster fares playing there. On last season's performance I'd rate Foster at fullback over Lomax at fullback.

That will be interesting too! Giving Gaskell a go in a less pressurised environment is a good idea. The poor lad had his debut just when we were playing particularly badly if I remember right, like Ellis did during the 2009 season.

That's what I was told today. He also said saints had a mock game with the u20s last week with Phil bentham being the ref.

The game was to put into practice what the RFL league want from teams in 2011. He also mentioned a rule change at the play the ball.

Has anyone heard of a rule change for 2011?
