I assume this company has been set up as they will own or run the stadium: http://wck2.companieshouse.gov.uk/a161909ad59c16f2bedc63b3506e89dd/compdetails If the club is going to own the stadium why is this company using the same registered office as Langtree rather than their own? Perhaps Langtree will own the stadium after all.

Aye sorry about that I didn't check. The company's name is St Helens Stadium Ltd.

Although no problems as Saint Simon has confirmed that it's the club just borrowing Langtree's registered address until the stadium is built because that makes loads of sense rather than using the club's own registered address. Or perhaps Langtree are going to own the stadium and lease it back to the club as I have said all along.

or because the club have already stated that they will have to vacate KR before the stadium is ready, so there will be a period when KR doesnt exist and the new stadium isnt finshed yet. So it does make sense to base it at the developers as they will be dealing with all the legals anyway so might as well have them posted to their address. Happy little troll?

Why would Langtree deal with St Helens' legals? They will be (potentially) seperate parties to the same contract and therefore to have the same legal advsiers would be a clear conflict of interest.

The actual relationship is going to be a sale and lease-back; but there again what would I know.

oh i just dont know who to believe, a keyboard warrior or the chairman of the club who has explicitly stated that saints will own the stadium?

Just heard a rumour that work on the stadium will start 15th of March,
also that club officials are meeting this week to arrange the fans forums.
