I think it works both ways, sometimes it's difficult to shine in a team of poor players but I dont think Cas are that bad. Chase is a top talent but in a top side he may be asked to play in a more structured way

Except the thread referenced in the OP is about Tomkins and Chase; it would be kind of hard for this thread, therefore, to not be about Tomkins as well.
