Yes it does but it's not going to happen if roby gets a ban, everyone would be wanting in on the action of suing their own governing body haha.

Hope he's not banned as he so influential that saints would really struggle without him.

I think people are right to worry, this is the RFL we're talking about.

In addition, Roby has been charged. Blake Green of Hull KR who committed an identical offence against us in our last home game was cautioned but not charged.
