I would be interested in what order you *edit* ranked your forwards. And even more so where you ranked him out of the forwards in super league.
However, my point was not about the quality of TP; we can argue about that all day. My question pertained to why TP wouldn't sign at Wire and instead stayed at Sts.
Waterhouse agreed terms with Saints but nothing was signed. TP signed his contract taking up the last non-fed spot and the Waterhouse deal fell through. That's all you need to know.
Oh and by the way, TP is better than Waterhouse. Have you seen much of Waterhouse play? He's a good player, I would say better than Laffrinchi but he isn't as good as TP.
I actually had the pleasure of talking to TP about the whole Wire v Saints thing during the time and he said that he wouldn't sign for any other SL team than Saints but was seeing what was on the table with regards to NRL. Warrington offered him a good contract.
