Not quite. Jake has moved onto playing in front of 6,000 at Castleford whilst Kyle will be playing in front of 80,000 and watched by 17 trillion viewers worldwide every other week.

I look at the rugby union crowds every week. I don't know where you get 80,000 from as bath don't get that.

The union crowds are only slightly bigger than we get at league.

Unless you refer to england rugby union?

That's the one.

It would really make me smile if League fans put their usual whinging about the national game aside this season and turned out in massive numbers at Wembley in the autumn! I'd definitely indulge in a little childish, petulant smile should that happen.

England don't play every other week and nothing to say Kyle will get picked for England.

So for now he'll prob be playing infront of lesser crowds than we will be playing in our brand new stadium.

A lot has changed in RU since Robinson changed codes. Kyle will be deemed too small to play wing/fullback for england.

I expect him to rip it up for bath, get selected on the england squad at first as a novelty but not be able to convert it into a regular starting berth, then end up on the international 7s tour.

There is a lot more money in Union! and with the grounds they have on TV they do look well supported, also their international season takes up a long period and it gets the media coverage we never get, what will happen if BBC Local Radio is cut even less coverage!

Chris is in his first year of a new 3 year deal, works in a local Gym (I believe) and made his debut at 16/17 against Saints in SL 2005. He also played for GB academy v Aussies.
He makes good yards, has great feet and hands (think he played 6 in younger days), very quick over 20/30m and does 60+ mins per game. He will make a great SL forward for someone but with a young family he wont be able to afford a drop in wages so a min £50/60k would be needed.
I understand that if we tick the box this year Chris may be off to Wire.
I hope he has a clause that allows him to move back should we make it to SL next time - his best years are in front of him and he is suited to the pace of SL.

£50/60k? no way never is he on that now, the job at the gym probably pays him a few £100 a week tops

£50k for working in a gym? Do you know if there are any jobs going there?
