Anything he did got blown out of proportion big time as you'll see him say next week.
He liked a beer but it never ever effected the way he played or trained. He trained harder than any player I've seen.
He's a good bloke but People beleive what they hear and read to much.
The three main stories I heard regarding Goulding and trouble (whilst at Saints) are :
-A disagreement between him and Alan Hunte led to huntey's transfer to hull and some fisticufts.
-He had a fight with Chris Joynt in the changing rooms at odsal before a match, in which Joynt inexplicably started on the bench.
-Andy Northey beat him up.
All of which were from rumour type sources and had little to back them up and none of them involved drink.
