I think that's a fair assessment. I would expect Saints to be a little bit better this year than last. They will be fitter, leaner and hungrier.
In my eyes Wigan are slight favourites for top spot. Wire and Saints are almost impossible to seperate and should also finish top 4.
Leeds I'm just not sure of, they were a champion side - one of the best in recent times - but I don't know if they have continued to replace quality with quality.
With a bit of belief I think Huddersfield could be the ones to break into the top 4. They really impressed me last season.
