Isn't there a thread on here saying how good Paul Clough is? He's a player I have always rated.
Hansen is more of a Phil Bailey, Flannery type of forward.

I've always rated Hansen highly.

Clough was great on friday in the absnece of Graham.
At the moment though, he's a very (very, very) good grafter - making excellent yards in contact and tackles away like a demon (IIRC his % tackle completion is one of the best around). Hopefully in the next year he'll develop a bit more in attack to get himself in the frame for the england squad. I think if we've a stronger front row next year it will help as he won't have to subsidise the work of our lesser props.

O'Loughlin would be a massive loss for Wigan. It's not just his grunt and defence that they would miss, he's a massive link in their attacking plays now and he's in the top 5 for try assists in SL this year. I wouldn't go calling us favourites by any means but Wigan will have to alter their style slightly if he's missing, they certainly won't be getting as much ball to their wingers as they have been doing.

Can't believe you mentioned Deacon Rogues, he's a coach and has barely played all year, if your talking reserves I might as well add Lomax, Dean, Etc to the list.

Just been discussing Soliola on Redvee, and for me he should be in the back row, especially next year when Perry will partner Graham with Puletua and Soliola in the back row we'll have a brute of a pack.

Sorry Rogues, can't see the fuss regarding Hansen, hard worker but that's were the plaudits end, he couldnt lace Wilkin's boots.

Deacon before he got injured played in almost every game. He contributed greatly to the win at your place, he helps Sam out a lot when he's on the pitch.

I think we've missed Hansen a lot since he got injured, he's amongst the top defenders in the league and runs some superb attacking lines that we've been able to use very well.

O'Loughlin is currently 50/50 for the game, hope he plays.

The reason I mentioned Deacon is that he can give us a good long kicking game, which is something we lack at the moment.

BTW he played in our victories over Wire and yourselves this season.
