Nathan Brown is looking at bringing a young british winger to Saints, played a few Superleague games for his club this year, pretty rapid. Could be an interesting signing and a good project for Brown

We don't need any more wingers...Makinson, Gardner, Foster & even Swift are all capable of doing a job there from next season, far more important positions required IMO

Makinson with any luck will be moving to FB next season, Foster has been found-out, Swift is a full/halfback. I'd be happy if we signed a winger with a bit of gas - it would be the first time we've had any pace on the edges since 2002.

Disagree on us not needing a winger long/medium term! Not 100% the lad will move away from his home but he would have a familiar accent about the place should he move and the club make a firm offer

I agree that a new winger may be needed for long term, but for the moment our priority has surely got to be finding 1 (or 2 depending on turner) actual centres, a creative half back and a real prop?

Would be a good option. He's young, quick and a big lad too if a bit raw but looks very coachable.
