Visited today to see the almost complete cladding work. There still is a tiny little bit to do. Anyway here goes The west Stand is now completely sealed in at the back. Completed North west corner North Stand The East stand Love the Sign they have put up above the away end turnstyles. Its a bit like a fans equivalent of THIS IS ANFIELD! Bit of Work to do here at the corner of the East and South Stands South and East stands As a bonus treat, here is a link to full stadium construction timeline, as I know some people were looking for one. http://www.flickr.com/photos/9608526@N0 ... 880930257/

The NW and NE corners wont be fully sealed in. This will allow air onto the pitch.

The old air on the pitch thing

I think it's all rubbish about "air to the pitch" being the reason the stadium is left wide open. The pitch is outside, it's a open roof stadium so I'd say it's pretty much getting air to it.

My lawn grows pretty well in my back garden and it's got big 6ft 6in fence all the way around.

I think it's utter BS about the corners being left open to get air to the pitch. FFS the pitch is outside! Air will get to it! It's not got a roof!
