meli isnt quota anymore as he wouldnt have counted as quota if he came to us.

Best case scenario would be Benji Marshall or Jarryd Hayne, but that's highly unlikely. It'd have to be a big name player for sure.

plus monaghan in centres would free up soliola to play 2nd row.

lose leon for a fee and bring in monaghan to strengthen centres and blood wheeler/lomax at standoff or lose leon on a free at end of next season but takes pressure of lomax/wheeler for a year.
