Not much of a disappointment for the majority of saints fans, our team has been playing well below par for 2 seasons now and going back 10 weeks we shouldn't have been anywhere near the play offs.
Warrington were better than us last night but wasn't a convincing win due to the controversial aspects in the game.
It will be a welcome change to have a new name on the super league trophy but if Warrington lose another final it will be far more devasting than us losing a semi that realistically was a game too far for us.

says the man who's team has had a bang average season with nothing to show at all. I know where I'd rather be..and I know exactly where you'd rather be...in the big finals with a chance of winning. Win or loose....on reflection we have had a great season.

If you don't understand it, I'll put it in simpler terms. Saints have been garbage and not a Top 4 team. So don't try and tell us something that we already know.

I was convinced by the win. Lineham's try was valid and even if you think Peyroux scored you had no time left on the clock to mount a challenge. Saints were held to nil in the 2nd half.

well said pal..this lot cant take it..nowt wrong with linehams try..peyroux or whatever he`s called looked like a try but some you win..sts try came off a forward looking pass and the pen that followed seconds before ht was by a cheat milking it..be interesting to see who stains fans will want to win thefinal or will they be watching another channel..what ever happened to the cunningham out shouts
