Is watching Makinson, Percival, Walmsley etc flourishing and retained at Saints not more exciting than any signing we could make?

A good set of results for the Saints club.

I see Saddened is bemoaning that we won the league and GF last year and we are not reaching the dizzy heights of Warrington this year in some also ran place as opposed to our current pityful 2nd position.

What a shame we have won so much when we could be the never never boys of SL.

It's good to having him on igggy, but when he bombs the page with so many quotes it's hard even for me to ignore his warblings.

The money spent on the youth development at Saints represents a considerable part of the club's yearly expenditure. It is a massive investment.

Or we could ignore that and just spend money on an 'exciting' player.

We're not yet actually at break even though are we? If you read the article by McManus then he says we are at gross break even and not net break even. We're still running a net loss even if it is smaller than previously. Hopefully we will soon be on a net break even. That will be a landmark day IMO.

I'd like to see a massive marketing drive next season by the club as the 5 year season ticket comes to an end. I'd like to see more marketing in Liverpool to be honest. Did they once do a Saints in the City drive?

So signing Lineham for Saints would have give you a semi?
