Sadly, I agree. I don't think he will have any trouble motivating the players, and can see us starting next season like a house on fire. But I don't think he will have the experience to come up with a plan B or C when things are going wrong, like they have this year. Brown's strength has been his ability to change things round when the wheels were coming off, and they have certainly come off big time this year, but he somehow brought home the silverware. Coaches that can do that are few and far between, I think KC may be in the Wane mould of doing great when things are going ok, but being unable to respond to situations when they arise. Hopefully, I am completely wrong about this, but that sort of experience takes time to develop.
