I,m not sure if Wakefield have a strong enough team to contain us for the full 80 mins, we've got quite a lot of players capable of tackle busting so if our support play is there then I think Wakefield might struggle.

I think Wakey will score lots this year, they've got lots of attacking threat, but they'll conceded plenty too. They'll be entertaining to watch! If we revert to last years directionless attack and waste our chances, we might struggle.

I couldn't care less what the result is vs Wakefield if we rest a few. Too early in the season to worrying about this sort of game if we're not 100%.

I'm more concerned about the Leeds game in couple of weeks and then Good Friday.

I don't see why we need to rest players if not injured. Especially with the momentum we got at the moment.

Winning is a habit.

Pick the best team possible and try and win.

completely agree, but we're also in a position were we dont need players to player with niggles or minor injuries that might become alot worse

I'm all for resting injured players but not resting players just for sake of it when we only few games into the season. Players ain't match fit yet and only way to gain this is by playing. We are winning so confidence high so keep wining.

Wakefield away with full strength would be tough. Don't see point in resting players and losing and then losing to Leeds. Let's pick our best 17 then worry about Leeds.

Whats the difference between losing to Wakefield and losing to Leeds exactly?

Saints are a lot better this year, but there is a danger that behind that solid looking facade, there really isn't that much. We were absolutely awful in the second half of the Catalans game, play like that against Wakefield and we'll lose comfortably. That's without resting anyone who isn't injured.

Exactly my thought, what's the point in losing to Wakefield with half a team rested and then hope to win against Leeds. We should try and win both.

The talk of resting players after one month is just laughable and I think some fans think we are better than we are with is pure arrogance.

Firstly, I want to win all games and keep this streak going. Secondly players are still looking for match fitness and thirdly it's not exactly fair on the die hard fans that travel down to watch us pick a u19s side just for the sake of it.

The will be games where players need resting and Wakefield away isn't one. If we get a good draw in challenge cup we can rest players then but not Wakefield away or Leeds home.


Reality check needed
