Love the look of that back line, but we won't get Wheeler on the pitch. I still think we should sign a 6 rather than playing Lomax there.

I agree completely, it's unlikely we'd get Wheeler consistently playing. When fit, he'd be my first choice 6.

Now this is on Dave Nosey Parker's page in the paper so it could be utter rubbish.

If he does go then it leaves us pretty short in reserves/back up.

Maybe it's a sign that the club are signing O'Brien on a permanent deal??? Just a thought...

I wouldn't be surprised if that means we keeping Howarth. I think he will cover the halves and hooker.

Totally agree. I find it laughable people saying sigh him up in the back of his last two performances but I remember the shocking performances the 2 months Before.

IMO he puts the effort in, always 100% but not good enough. I like him and admit he was awesome the last two weeks but he's just not good enough for a team looking to challenge to win things.

I know you're not saying it, but I don't understand the reasoning behind people who say players put 100% in are ok because they're trying. I'd put 100% in if I played for saints but I'd be garbage!
