Hoping Lomax is a bluff! I would call that a little shady if it was, even if we did it. Put him in and then take him out if he’s not right, but just to bluff in that way is a bit much. Looking at some post here some seem very pessimistic about Friday, I don’t know why, after all it’s a Derby and we have more than our share of wounded too. I know it would be silly not to be honest about what we think about the result, but I don’t feel super confident myself, and I’m sure there’ll be a few thousand of you-men down here on Friday getting behind whoever you put out.

It's just a bit disheartening when your best attacking weapon will miss such a big game.

If Tomkins was missing from Wigan you would also find a lot of pessimistic views from your lot - not saying Lomax is as good as Tomkins btw.

Call it what you like I hope Its a bluff. Sure your men did something similar In the derby a few years ago.

I think the negative views are more down to our approach to the Good Friday encounter since we left KR.

It seams that all our coaches and players too are treating it like, just another game. Which saddens me and means that we can never match Wigan. Sport is about a lot of things but enthusiasm can make a lot of difference, if we are not bothered to up the ante for a Derby then Wigan will continue to walk this fixture as Wane will never treat it as just another fixture.

Like I say sad really.

That squad is depressing, no hooker, actual halfbacks, will we score any tries?
That said Wigan won't know what to expect either so you never know ......
