Keiran Dixon in particular is a kid that with a bit of coaching could be superb. He reminded me of Kyle Eastmond in a few games last year and as a full back would scare teams all day long.

Hanbury isn't on there mate. I agree with Dixon and Broughton though. And I think Dan Sarginson is a player with plenty potential also.

Correction: Just noticed that Hanbury isn't listed in the OOC players for 2013, but his contract for 2014 is optional, so perhaps he would be available after all!

Vickery's a different kettle of fish - he paid his own way, has a British passport and would have been a reserve had Jones-Bishop not been ruled out. He's also only signed a 1-year deal, so not a big bet on Leeds' part.

The general comment about having virtually no chance of signing top class NRL players is sadly true though (Joel Monaghan-type individual cases aside).

Shouldn't always believe your clubs spiel about British passports. They don't make a difference as we now operate on a non-fed trained basis. If they didn't come through an academy in England, they count.

From the NRL, I'd realistically take:
Pritchard
Kite
Tupou
Willie Tonga
Ropati
Asotasi
Utai

I know some of the above aren't going to happen but more likely than Thurston, Farah, Uate and Vatuvei, due to the fact that they're in their late 20's and don't really have a representative career.

From what I know and have seen, he'd be an excellent man to replace Perry.

Doesn't get picked for Australia or NSW, so hasn't got a representative career keeping him over there, could be possible.

Given the increase in the NRL salary cap I think most of these names will be off the table unless they can't get a game. I'd love Brent Kite though, however it might be worth waiting for the outcome of that PED story before investing in a player from there.

i'd go for flash, greenwood and swift. very undecided on ade but might be worth another year for experience, the rest can go for me

I'd go with that. It would free up a decent chunk of cap I think letting those others go - If we spent it wisely on a new and proper 7 and a real prop I'd be happy !
