From what Royce has said, I imagine the team to be something like this:

Hohaia, Gardner, Wheeler, Meli, Makinson, Gaskell, Lomax, LMS, Roby, Laffranchi, Soliola, Wilkin, Clough

Perry, Puletua, Dixon, Ashe

I dont think Dixon particularly deserves to be dropped but if he starts then that would probably mean 3 props on the bench and I know Royce likes to have two props and a backrower. And if he continues to have a back on the bench then I dont see how Flannery will make the 17.

I don't think he's got much to worry about from Ade really, has he? Ade isn't a dangerous player, he's capable of nothing more than a solid performance.

I don't know,last time we wrote him off, he came back and scored a couple (maybe a hatrick) against Hull Kr.

A good call on the likely team. Add Flanno and Wello to get the likely 19, just incase they are fit. There is little point in risking players in round 2 against Salford. I would rather us lose a game than a player long term.

I think that Ade and Tommy are actually our best wingers. Tommy is a more dangerous winger than Foster and can kick his goals while Gardner has a safer pair of hands.

These injuries ain't serious and it's just playing safe. Flanaghan has a knoch to the chest and could defo play if needed and foster cohos play at a push but no point losing them for weeks.
