So Pryce, eastmond, flannery, perry and wello are not impact injuries and depending on what type of ankle injuries Moore, lomax and Gaskell have they might not be impact injuries either.
Royce said that all but about four were contact injuries. Flannery (hamstring, back for one match, now calf), Eastmond (groin), Pryce (groin) and Perry previously (groin, but now possible broken knuckle after three games back) were not contact injuries. So far as I'm aware, ankle breaks are contact injuries. You can't condition against a break! Scott Moore and Lee Gaskell both have broken ankles. Jonny Lomax rolled over on his ankle, which anyone can do. So he has a sprain. I don't know what happened to Wello; someone mentioned a floating bone, which is indicative of some kind of contact damage.
We can be bold enough to make a stand and do battle for our views and beliefs. But we must strive to be mature enough not to resort to unnecessary personal attacks upon people with opposing views.
The players will come back and with some consistency in the players combinations and direction around the park will return. It is far from over. Anyone here want to trade places with Cas, Bradford, Hull, Wakey, Crusaders.
We are used to fighting at the top, but lets not get up ourselves we are far far far from being in a bad way. Huddersfield are not also rans and they took Wigan pretty close, have beaten Warrington, hammered Leeds, etc etc. Lets see how the 2nd half of the season goes? If we are 2 points off top now, what will we do with a run of no injuries.

We've got a run of fixtures coming up that with our current luck with injuries could well see us in 6th or 7th and way off 2nd. I'm suggesting that it will be too much to win it from there, not that we won't make the playoffs. Sure it's possible but we just don't have a strong enough team even when full strength.

I reckon we will stay where we are in 4th spot if we manage to beat Leeds and Hull at "home". Pryce/Lomax is the key, keeping them injury free once they return, in reality Having a swap and change team since round 3 we should be hanging around 7th or 8th place. I don,t think the super league standard is all that good this season, hence our current 4 th position. How many games will we lose this season, maybe 8 or 9. This would still qualify us for the play offs..........more important is having a strong team selection come September.

Thankfully, despite a tough run of fixtures in June we should expect to see almost everyone return from injury. Pryce, Wheeler and Clough will probably be the last 3 to return (dependent on the damage to Perry's knuckle of course), but the likes of Lomax, Gaskell, Puletua, Moore, Flannery and Eastmond are all due back in the next few weeks. We're quite lucky that we have a lower league team in the cup and Crusaders at home the week after that.
We just dont want anymore injuries. PLEASE GOD NO MORE INJURIES!!!
The injury situation at the min is horrific. It can't get much worse to be honest and it's starting to take it's toll. Players coming back to early from injury, players doing far to many mins, players playing with knocks and all this disrupts our training and will have a huge bearing on the team.
If we can try and look on the positive side, the likes of makinson, foster, Gaskell, lomax, ashe, hale, ashurst etc will all benefit from the experience of playing and can only help them in the future as they are all holding there own and doing the club proud which will help their development in next few years.
Also, providing we don't pick up more injuries we look to be having few players back in the next 4/6 weeks and due back by July. This could work in our favour at the business end of the year when teams are looking tired due to a long hard season when we've had 7/8 sat on the touch line nearly all year.
