If anyone's interested to see how good he is it might be worth a few Saints fans going to watch him next friday against a form Super League team in Catalans. I know i'm intrigued to see how he does.

I'm guessing it's in Leigh and not Catalans. Time and date?

Thing is what people forget about Chris Hill, is that he used to play centre and back row, hes a very agile forward. Also he played super league at 17 in a struggling Leigh side. The guys no replacement for Graham but would be a good signing for you guys, but would he come to you on a 1 year / 2 year contract, time will tell?

I hope saints don't sign him. I don't think he's going to make a top super league prop.

The silly thing is, we let emmitt go who was showing signs of being a good young prop and then we are after hill.

I just hope if we do sign him then he's on buttons.

He's a far better player than Emmitt, quicker, better ball handling skills, equal to Emmitt on defence.

Disagree,Hill has far more potential than Emmitt.
Unfortunately I don't think we'll sign him,wish we would though.

What is with this love in for Emmit? He was never anything more than a borderline solid squad player with us and is nowhere near as good a prospect as people make out.

This Hill character is an unknown to most of us. He obviously has potential given there are rumoured to be several big clubs interested in him. A step up to full time training could bring the best out of him.

I just think emmitt was looking very good and had potential to be a good solid prop for us, much like the love in you had for eastmond really.
