Ellis has done well enough to be voted West Tigers' player of the year. It says a lot about the standard of competition in Aus if Ellis is "pretty ordinary", yet is still the best player for a team that got to the semi finals.

Barry McKenzie watches most NRL games that have been televised over here. And Barry McKenzie can confirm that despite the hype Sammy B and Gareth Eliss are both ordinary players.

Never realised people could get so stressed over a comment I made on the Wigan forum saying I hope they win the Superleague grand final.

Ah well.

The main reason for me posting this thread was to find out if anyone in the Saint Helens area had heard the same story as I have regarding James Graham wanting away to play real footy before his contract ends.

Clearly not... or you are just bitter about it.

i am a great admirer or james graham but i think that would be the wrong move for him, he wouldnt last 2 mins against them aussies he hates being roughed up and them aussies tackle hard and its a totally different game to superleague its faster and more physical i dont think he will do well
