I know his information is 100% reliable and if he didn't post it on here then we would have much less info to go off as although there are a couple of other posters who can give bits of information (myself included), we have nowhere near as much inside information as Pete can get.

You've never won the GF (the biggest prize), despite having what most people regard as the best team on paper and the best squad depth.

The OP referred to "tropihies", if he specifically meant GFs he should have said so. It is aruable that the Legaue Leadrers Shield is represensative of who is the best team over the course of the year (whilst obviously not being the biggest trophy).

But then the best squad "on paper" still bottled it in the playoffs, 2 years running. That's underachieving. The GF was there for the taking for Wire this year, Wigan were shot, Saints were beatable, and Leeds aren't/weren't a good side.

I think it's more a suggestion that King is a loss and Morley/Briers are going to feel a year older. Other players like Williams, Harrison and Ratchford should be able to compensate for that though so I'm not 100% sure you're weaker but there's a logic to suggest that you could be.
