Nor have I, but it really is as simple as that.

As soon as Kyle starts showing some real determination and effort the support will drown out the boos, then the boos will stop.

It's up to Kyle, but I'm not entirely sure that he understands that.

I cant be bothered to boo him , it involves caring. My view is he shouldnt even be playing in the u20 taking away an opportunity for one of our youngsters to shine.

As most have said it's not about the move to another club that caused all this.

Graham, Pryce are more than likely on the move but the lack of any booing from Saints fans comes down to the fact that when they have played they have shown willing, and off the field they have not had the same approach that Eastmond and his agent had.

Attitude has been the basis of all this fuss, both on and off the field.

Players with the very same options have had completely different attitudes.

Spot on. Players come and go , thats the nature of sport but it's how they conduct themselves while there with us that matters (to me at least). His general attitude stunk (radio interviews etc) but the killer blow was his p!$$ poor performances.

I agree to a point with the debate over his performances (and they were not good enough to be kept in the team), but he apparently put in a good performance for the U20s last week and was still booed. If you're unfortunate to read Redvee's status updates on Facebook you'll see the attitude of some of our more knuckle dragging fans towards him. Those attitudes won't change if he puts in a good performance.

He's been advised really badly over this, the delay in announcement just made the reveal of the decision worse, I didn't see his tv interview, but him saying RU is a bigger game than RL was a really big nail in his coffin and he's come out of it looking like a complete tw*t (and he might be), even though he has not said a great deal personally.

Not true. At least not while I was there (most of the second half).

The East Stand enthusiastically booed the HKR fullback who decided it would be fun to belt the ball to the back of the East Stand regardless of whose head he took with it. Now, HE got booed every time he touched the ball! Kyle got a big round of applause when he appeared to score a try (which was chalked off due to crossing).

I think I came across a few of them a few years back at headingley who thought it would be great fun to sign a song celebrating the achievements of the Yorshire ripper. I think they totalled 10 at the most.

I'm not a fan of what Eastmond did, but my objection to him playing is more around building for the future and his first team efforts, rather than his saga over signing for Union.

If we need to play him then we need to play him, of course Lomax and Gaskell will need a break at some point due to injury or just to have some rotation and a chance to get a breather. So long as he does not disrupt the team spirit fine. But if the other players do not want him, playing him will only knock us back.

I'm only going off what I've read.

There's more than 10.

That's pretty much the position I take. I'd rather see Gaskell and Lomax in there when Pryce is out, but over playing them can become counter productive and they will need a break at some point soon. That's when he should be brought in. I'm not so sure the players are as bothered as the fans, they are professionals and will treat the situation as such.
