Hampshire will be better than Tomkins and the best back that this country has produced in the past 5/10 years, as much as it pains me to say it.

I expect he'll get plenty game time this year and make a big impact when he does play.

Listen, when the lad starts dominating big matches, either from 1 or 6, when our Wigan friends have decided what they're doing with him, I'll agree that he's a huge talent. Until then, it's all baseless crap. He's a talent with potential but in the same sentence as AJ Murphy ?!?! love off.

Could be, but then again it could just be that I misread and thought you had quoted me. Pick either option, I don't mind which, but you must be some psychologist to figure all that out from one post.

Nobody knows how good anyone will be 100% until they have played a full season at super league. Then the is also 2nd season syndrome.

We had a kid called Sean Devine who had one good game against Cas and he was tipped to be the next Alex Murphy

That is true undoubtedly, but I just can't see anything other than Hampshire being a superstar. He's not just got one attribute that sets him out, he's got a quality all round game which is why I'm confident he'll be a very good player.

As a former mod, the warning is about the language, not about the point of view.

I have never understood people who feel the need to be combative about mods giving out warnings. It's simply a warning, ie showing where the line is. If people got straight bans they would then complain about not being warned first.

As for not quoting, just because you address someone else, it does not mean we can't all chip in.
