Who are these two Australians we're signing in place of two English players?

I know we've signed a Kiwi and an Australian to replace another Australian, perhaps you know more?

And anyway, given Auckland born NZ/Samoa internationals are counted as English at Wigan, and Australians as Irish - I assume you'll be counting Laffranchi as Italian?

That's because you started from a position of 8 overseas players in your 2010 squad (7 if we don't count Hansen) whereas Saints are starting from 5 this season.

You still have 8 overseas players in your 2011 squad (7 if we don't count Hansen). Even with Laffranchi and Lance in and Flannery out, we'd still have fewer overseas players than Wigan already have for this season. That's before you factor in TP could be moving on.

Saints remain virtuous compared to Wigan, but thanks for your concern.

So you're saying you sign overseas players to take up spots in the under 20s rather than a local player? Wow, things are worse than I thought in Wigan.

I suppose one title in 12 years is pretty decent.
