It needs a clear out of dead wood and get some good players in. We have to many poor poor players and not enough quality players.
We need a number of positions but realistically we can't replace the team. Imo we need two good hard props to go with Walmsley and amor. Richards and LMS and Tasi should go. Tasi is up there with worst ever saints signings
We need a tackle breaking second row. We have no threat in the backrow at all. Vea puts Effort in but can't break a tackle and he is a liability in defence and should be released. Wilkin is finished and should be released.
Tuner isn't good enough. Worst defender In super league and should go now. We need threat out wide with a good centre with pace. Percy is good on other side.
I agree with all this and I know I keep banging the drum but we need these new signings to be influential...proper shouters who can put an arm around the young lads. Who are they learning off right now? Wellens, Cunningham and co came through the ranks and had Goulding, Joynt, Perelini, Veivers etc And so on and so forth, throughout the last 20 years+ there's always been experienced older heads to help with their transition.
Who have we got now...Wilkin, who struggles to control his own emotions, Roby who's very quiet and LMS who probably licks the windows clean on the team bus.
