I watched both coached being interviewed and the difference was immense. KC talking about how unfortunate things were and Robinson showing how tiny changes can make the difference in how a play turns out. Apart from Wilkin and Walsh I can't fault the effort but it was mindless; just aggression.

No plan at all - KC must take the whole blame for such a lame performance,

I think we're seeing the reason he was never able to hold down a regular spot for Widnes. It was either pure arrogance from Cunningham in believing he could turn him into a player or pure cheapness from McManus and his cronies.

I said it at the time, shocking signing and one that proves the club just simply doesn't give two hoots about being successful.

Yes definitely on the cheap as cheap could be. No Widnes fans were crying when we signed him-= Widnes wouldn't even offer him anew contract.

How few weeks make a difference ey. It was only few weeks back some was saying Owens would keep lomax out.

As I said weeks ago, a 60% lomax is better than Owens and SMD.

Put swifty fullback until lomax is back. We have the worst kick returns in super league in Owens and Tommy. Tommy is dead with the ball unless he's 1m out from Their try line. I'm in shock that some fans said last week they would take Tommy over Briscoe at Leeds

Didn't KC say at a press conference that he was Lucky to get Owens, what does that say about his abilities? good players do not always make good coaches.

I would not say makes a difference. I certainly wouldn't criticise a player before I've even watched him play in the side. He was better than last week but it's like he is learning the role.

I know it was only minor in the big scheme of things last night but letting the Sydney try scorer improve the kick by giving up was lacking professional standards. Even swift when it was a lost cause pushed the Sydney man wider.

It very much sounds as though he is excellent on the training field but come match time he is way out of his depth, sooner have him or Dawson on the wing and Swifty at full Back until Lomax or McD comes back.

he is a good goal kicker but a liability in defence/attack and makes wellens look like an olimpic sprinter you are welcome to him you got him for free that sums it up
