You can't fault him effort. He takes some knocks but he picks himself up and he'll give even more. He's a hard man and you have to respect that. He is a competitor who hates losing and you need players like that in the side.From a half-backs perspective though, he can be hit and miss. His decision making could be better but I like the way we have altered our attack structure a little bit. Age and injury have robbed him of a bit of pace and I don't think he has that consistency to his game that has enabled many halves to make that change to their game. He is prone to penalties but it's a fine line when you play the game in the way he does.
Great competitor though and you have to respect that. Quality wise though I'm not convinced.
