It's just all he's got sadly for him. I think he thinks if he runs his mouth off about Saints his players may actually listen and the fans might stop getting on his back

I like the reference to the Orrel training ground, it's the closest the Goons will ever come to owning their own ground again. But at least Wane can think back to when he played at Wigans spiritual home, before it was swapped for a couple of years of "glory". That must be a comfort to him when he is ranting at his modern day Warriors in the Ortel bubble after yet another embarrassing defeat.

I've taken this from the other site. Why is Lenagan letting him make Wigan the laughing stock of Super League.His constant reference to that lot (Saints), and how good there past glories were are pathetic.

Wane is a pantomime character. He likes to say things the fans want to hear. All the rubbish last year about not letting his daughter go out with someone from St helens and how he hates "that lot" is just for the fans benefit.

He's now getting desperate as he knows the team hasn't functioned how he wants and the balance all out with his halves so he's resorting to his pantomime character
