The new young dynasty of super saints is coming to a ground near you.

I,m sure Wilkin will be saying the same thing tactic wise. Its sounds as though our pack was very well prepared for being dominated prior to the kick off.
Are we a very unfit side, Browm mentioned the effort and energy during the first half leaving nothing in the tank for the next half.
I,ve been saying for over 3 years now our player conditioning is the worse I,ve seen since the superleague era does this account for the endless number of injuries and sloppy play.
I think I would get rid of the conditioning staff and defensive coach before Brown the club structure needs changing.

Sorry to say it but I'm fully in the Brown Out brigade now I'm afraid.

I think the club as a whole need to take the blame for the embarrassment we've had to twos this year to the hands of leeds, Wigan, Warrington and Catalan.

Yes we might be top of the league but we've had some big scores put on us by top teams and been completely dominated in them.

Like I said, soon as we meet a good team In the play offs then it's over for another year.

You're assuming of course that we make the play offs. Two more losses against Cas and Wigan - both very likely - and we're down to about sixth I think. I'm beginning to wonder whether we will actually make the play offs this season.

You said an almost similar thing last month saying we would finish 5th and we finished top. We are a Jeckyll and Hyde team so we don,t really know what to expect from Saints. Teams below us will also be playing 4 pointers, so I would expect Saints to be in with a shout of the top 4.

Its been a strange weekend for superleague results Castleford and Widnes playing much better than us getting trounced even worse than what Saints did.

It might only need a few players to come back into the side to change things around Amor and Wilkin in the pack
Percival and Swift left hand side, Lance supporting Walsh.

I expect a big response next week.

I'm sick of us getting embarrassed. How are we still top?

We are top because we started the season better than others. Wigan had the world club to contend with which give then a touch start.

I didn't think we was the great team most on here proclaimed us as and I posted it too and got binned. 3 weeks into the season I said our defence was poor and got shot down because we was only avg about 12 against but IMO it was very very dodgy.

We then started to introduce a very unfit player in Mose and leaving wello on the bench for 64 mins which mate it tough playing with 15 men each week.

We got a lot of lucky calls early on in the season as well which if went the other way we coukd be out the top 8. Games like wakey and cas away we got some big calls.

Those who say we are good on paper need to have a good look at that squad because it's not. I stand by my prediction of 5th and early departure in the play offs.

He's right, of course, but he never fixes it so it's as much his fault as theirs.

Agreed.

The coach sets the attitude and if the players don't respond then he has to take the blame for that. How many embarrassing performances have we had under Brown now? I'm just not convinced he can fix the attitude of the players. He says the right things but words are cheap.

The players do need to take a long, hard look at themselves though, they are professionals and to simply give up like that the end was nothing short of pitiful.

If we'd have lost 18-0 I think we would've all looked at it as a performance that was not good enough, where the forwards got out muscled and Catalans over powered us. But the last 20 minutes we gave in and that is unacceeptable and embarrssing.
