It's going to be hard to replace like for like, I just hope whoever comes in shows the commitment Sia does week after week.
It does not matter whether he is in the current side or the side under Royce, he gives 100% every week whether the team is playing well or poorly.
Without Sia some of those poor performances would have become cake walks for the opposition. A real pro with a real affinity for the club and the fans, sorry to see him going if it comes to that, but has certainly earned his corn.
We have plenty of backrowers currently, with Flanagan Wilkin and the young lads, but we need that x factor too. Lets hope the club have some irons in the fire.
