On this news, I wouldn't have wanted Clubb, but Sarginson is an outstanding prospect. It makes us signing Dawson look a bit stupid.

Losing probably their two best players pretty much confirms that London won't be in Super League next season. Do they have any players left now?

Sargison needs a lot more work on him if he's to be a top super league player. His defence has been awful this year. The game against Wigan in the cc springs to mind.

I agree, but he's no worse than Ratchford or Turner were at his age.

Never said he was and don't see the need to compare. I'm stating he has potential but he's far from being a player at a top club and his defence is one of the things he needs to work on.

If we were signing anyone from London* I would rather we sign Kieran Dixon and/or Mason Caton-Brown.

Of the Wigan signings, Clubb baffles me, and on a 4 year contract seems a risk I'm glad we didn't take - what is his position now? The seem to have signed him as a forward but they a) have loads and b) he seemed a decent centre and he's only 26 so what went wrong?

Sarginson didn't impress me when I've seen him particularly but I'll trust the people who have seen more than me - and seemed to be on wigans radar for ages so fair play

* I kind of hope we don't sign people from London as they have so few players left they need all they have to not be a total embarrassment in whatever league they compete in

I'm not a massive fan of Dixon yet. Yeah he's exciting but he's shocking with errors and in defence. No where near the standard he should be at and I think that's why he's still at London.

Btw speaking of Dixon, Masoe smashed him and took him out the game today. He also got into a fight and put a few England players on their booty!

I think Masoe needs to loose few lbs, he's not greatly overweight but I think he could do with losing a few.

I think he's going to be a fans favourite

I can see Clubb turning into a good prop, but four years is quite a gamble.

Clubb is decent but I think Amor is much the better than the two of them but clubb is big, powerful and has speed for a prop.

Sure I read a stat that clubb missed more tackles than anyone in 2012?
